No refunds allowed

A. General Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, including strategic planning, document development, and grant writing, all payments are final and non-refundable once services have commenced.

B. Conditional Refund

Clients may request a cancellation and partial refund within 72 hours of initial payment and prior to the commencement of services, subject to a $250 administrative fee.

C. No Refund After Commencement

No refund will be issued once any of the following occurs:

A strategy session has been conducted
Any document has been created or customized
Any third-party filing has been submitted
Research or grant writing has begun CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE POLICY
By entering into this agreement, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or credit disputes for services rendered in accordance with this Agreement. All concerns must be addressed through Chic and Prosper LLC’s formal resolution process.

Initiating a chargeback will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action, collection proceedings, and reporting to credit bureaus.
